We desire to help African Americans follow their dreams. We want to focus on helping individuals who are seeking a life changing experience. Those individual who know this may be a once in a lifetime experience. We want to help the hearts of those individuals who have always wanted to connect with heritage and the lost contributions of our past. Who want to heal the pain of not having that knowledge of self. Through partnerships with educational institutions and direct access to industries we will establish pipelines into a careers paths that will help close the achievement gaps in society. We know it can feels like you only get one shots to do this thing right but in our community that’s not always the case. Sometimes what we choose doesn't work out and we have to start over, well instead of being discouraging let us help you try something new, in life you should always get another try.
We help corporations develop policies and procedures to help better help services their disabled community. We also aid individuals living with disabilities to gain as much autonomy as possible. Lastly we support families who are caring for disabled families members.
Networking and Mentorship: AFFREECA can offer networking and mentorship opportunities to African Americans who want to connect with other professionals and leaders in their field. This can include mentorship programs, job fairs, and networking events. Educators invest their time with individuals who seek guidance
Free College Scholarships: AFFREECA can offer scholarships to African American students who demonstrate financial need and academic potential. These scholarships can cover tuition, fees, books, and other related expenses.
Cultural Immersion Experiences: AFFREECA can offer cultural immersion experiences to African Americans who want to learn more about their heritage and history. These experiences can include visits to historical sites, museums, and cultural festivals.
Study Abroad Programs: AFFREECA can offer study abroad programs to African American students who want to gain a global perspective and experience different cultures. These programs can include language immersion, cultural activities, and academic coursework.
Policy Reform: AFFREECA can advocate for policy reform that promotes social justice and reparations for African Americans. This can include lobbying for legislation that supports education and economic development for the African American community.
