1.   Email Newsletters: AFFREECA will  send out monthly newsletters to our subscribers to update them on statissticks our programs, events, and fundraising campaigns. We will include success stories, testimonials, and calls-to-action to encourage our subscribers to get involved and support our cause.
2. Fundraiser Events:: The website will serve as a hub for all our fundraising events. AFFREECA’s annual golf classice. We will update our website regularly to reflect our latest initiatives and successes.
3. Black Future Night: AFFREECA will host events such as community forums, fundraising galas, and educational workshops to engage with our stakeholders and increase awareness of our mission.
4. Community Focus group: Interview members of the community by demographic and gather information about community needs and expectations of the program. 
5. Listening Tour: AFFREECA will use social media platforms such as clubhouse, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote our programs, events, and updates. We will share photos, videos, testimonials, and blog posts to engage with our audience and increase awareness of our mission.
6. College Enrollment Drive: focused  on educational institutions and students who want to continue their education 
7. Community Outreach and Engagement: AFFREECA can engage with the local community to promote awareness of social justice issues and support for African American empowerment. This can include hosting community events, partnering with other organizations, and providing resources and support to community members.

• Measure: Conduct a volunteer survey to gather feedback on job satisfaction, team communication, and overall engagement. Monitor changes in survey results over time to track improvements in volunteer engagement and morale.

• Goal: Increase participation in training and professional development programs
• Measure: Track the number of volunteers who sign up for training and professional development programs. Set goals for participation rates and track progress toward these goals over time.

• Goal: Improve communication and collaboration between teams
• Measure: Conduct regular team feedback sessions to gather input on communication and collaboration. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time. Additionally, track the number of cross-functional projects and initiatives that are successfully completed to gauge the effectiveness of communication and collaboration efforts.
• Organize training and development sessions to enhance team members' skills, knowledge, and professional growth. These sessions can be conducted by internal or external trainers and cover topics relevant to their roles and responsibilities. 
• Arrange team-building activities, such as off-site retreats, team lunches, or virtual social events, to foster camaraderie, collaboration, and a positive work culture. These activities can help strengthen relationships among team members and improve communication dynamics.

2. Students:  can promote cross-cultural understanding and mutual respect between African American participants and local communities around the world. Participants can learn about local cultures and traditions, which can help foster respect for diversity and reduce stereotypes.
